The name Senfter has been associated with delicious, artisan sausage products and high-quality meat since 1857. Gottfried Leiter has been running the company since 2000.
In 2001, the butcher’s shop was enlarged and the delicatessen department expanded. The former bacon warehouse in the cellar was converted into a production room.
In 2011 we made the decision: We want more! Our store was expanded, and the new Senfterâs Bistro was opened.
